The Bondurant Difference

My wife and I found ourselves in a bind. As she was mere hours from needing to catch a flight to meet me in Denver, she was informed at our boarder that our two puppies had not yet had the vaccinations needed to be boarded. Mind you we sent the records to them earlier in the week, but nonetheless we were left in a panic. Bondurant Animal Clinic was able to review our records fast, tell us the vaccines needed and even stayed open past closing for her to run them back into town to get their vaccines. They literally saved our vacation!

Maddie is a rockstar!! She took the time to walk me through every step of the process. I can honestly say the world is a better place with her in it! Dr. Hong was incredibly thorough! He explained everything in a simple way that made perfect sense to me. He explained all the treatment options along with the costs associated with them so I could make an informed decision. This was my first time bringing my little companion in. Now I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else!

We have been so impressed with Bondurant Animal Clinic. We recently moved here and brought our dogs in for routine care. This week, our puppy was injured in our yard and when I called the clinic, they got her right in. Dr. Timm, Dr. Hong, and Megan have been fantastic to work with. They quickly took care of our girl and developed a treatment plan for her. They were in communication with us for her procedure and gave us clear instructions on her follow-up care. They genuinely care about the clients they see and we have been so impressed by the team that works in the clinic.

My husband and I have visited the Bondourant Animal Clinic for both routine and emergency care for our pets for the last 5 years and we have had nothing but good experiences with the team. As a family consisting of a cat and labrador who both enjoy eating everything they can get their mouths around, we’ve had no shortage of flustered calls and day-of visits that have always been promptly addressed. The Vets and other staff alike have consistently been personable, flexible with our short-notice concerns, offer excellent advice and care for our pets, and have been very fair with us when it comes to pricing. I’ve always felt well-informed and confident in their diagnoses and suggestions, and it’s easy to see that the staff are passionate and competent in their work regardless of their role on the team. As an added bonus, the resident office cat is a sweetheart and I almost always give her a pet or two when I visit. We hope to spend many more years visiting this clinic and are so grateful for the care they show us and our dear pets.
