Book An Appointment
We schedule by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins.
This allows us to have adequate time to care for each and every one of our patients.
We strongly recommend yearly exams for pets between the ages of 1 and 6 and 6-month exams for those 7 and older. We understand that life can get busy, so we’ll remind you of upcoming wellness exams and vaccinations.
We also recommend preventive care for parasites and other diseases, including tick-borne illnesses. Our staff is happy to explain all the products and their functions to help you decide what’s best for your pet.
While not all illnesses are preventable, we have the capability to diagnose and treat the most common conditions. For complex cases, we have direct relationships with referral centers that have board-certified clinicians and special diagnostic equipment.
By proactively monitoring your pet’s health, we can detect and prevent potential health issues before they become serious. Regular checkups also establish a relationship between you, your pet, and your veterinarian, leading to a more personalized approach to their care.
During a routine visit, our vets perform a comprehensive exam, including diagnostics and vaccinations. We’ll also ask you questions about your pet, such as diet, water intake, activity level, weight changes, and behavior changes.
Additional steps may be taken depending on your pet’s needs. Preventive care can also include bloodwork, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, microchipping, diet planning, fecal tests, and dental care.
